1.  Employees and volunteers of Little Black Cat Corp (including JamBamLLC,  Hysterium, Hysterium Escapes, Ghost Quest, Reindeer Ride) and Ghosthill Productions LLC (Aura, Vibe, Ghost Quest Peoria, Reindeer Ride Peoria), promotional partners, all additional sponsors and the members of their immediate families are ineligible to participate in Ghost Quest or Reindeer Ride contests or games. 

2.  Little Black Cat Corp, subsidiaries and all respective licensees, reserve the right to deny participation for any reason. Winners are solely responsible for claiming their prize and/or fulfilling travel arrangements.  Prizes not sent via email or text are to be claimed at a mutually agreed time.  Any prize not claimed within a 30-day period will become property of Little Black Cat Corp and Ghosthill Productions LLC.

3.  Decision of the judges is final.

4.  Winners are responsible for any prize obligation (insurance, taxes, licensing, etc.) and must meet all eligibility requirements.

5.  Winners and contestants consent to allow Ghost Quest and Reindeer Ride the use of their name, voice and/or likeness for promotional advertisements with no monetary or other compensation.

6.  Winners must waive any and all claims of liability against Little Black Cat Corp, it's subsidiaries and all respective licensees, employees and agents for any personal injury or loss which may occur from participation in the contests or from the use of any prize.  Winners must sign a liability form that releases Little Black Cat Corp, its subsidiaries, all respective licensees, other owners and related entities from any liability.

7.  Winners must be able to produce proper identification to claim prize.

8.  Participants in contests agree to the above rules, as well as any additional rules, which may be implemented.  Rules are subject to change without prior notification.  Any rule changes will be published online.  Rules are available online at www.GhostQuest.com and www.ReindeerRide.com.
